Clients have the option to NOT use their insurance company, which has its benefits. When there is a third-party payer (i.e., your insurance) it has the ability to request confidential data and notes from our sessions. Not submitting claims to your insurance company allows us to keep notes completely confidential. Additionally, there are certain psychiatric diagnoses that individuals receive which may prevent them from obtaining future health insurance, military admission, etc.

Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
Coverage varies greatly, but our services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your HMO or health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Will I be required to pay a copay?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers?
- What is my deductible?
- Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?
We reserve the right to terminate your services when you have three (3) cancellations with less than 24-hours notice. Please review our CLIENT HANDBOOK for further information.
We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment when you are (15) minutes or later. If you arrive past your appointment time, and within the (15) minute window, your session will not be extended.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment not confirmed via text or email (when you opt-in for the reminder service).
